Today I had a visit from one of the important projects from DAMAC properties in TeCom area. Actually, as I live in Greens, I was exactly following the process of completion of this building day by day. From the frist days, 3 years ago, upto know which is being handed over to owners within maximum one month.

Frankly, this project shows the power of DAMAC Properties. Regardless of some negative myths around this giant property developer, they have done a really nice job in this project.

Yes, they have delayed in delivering the project, but, the maximum delivery delay has been around 2 months which is actually nothing for suh a huge project.

They are doing their job right, no matter what the dark side of market think about them. I recommend this property developer to those who are searching for quality and are ready to pay for it.
